VoxSplit ("we", "our", or "the app") is published under the developer name VoxSplit Audio and operated by independent developer SuperVolume001, who is the data controller for this app. This policy explains how we handle your data. 1. Data We Collect

VoxSplit processes all audio entirely on your device — your audio files and separation results are never uploaded to any server, and we never collect them. We do not require an account, and we do not sell your data.

The app collects the following limited data through Google Firebase (Crashlytics and Analytics), Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob:

• Crash logs — stack traces and the app state at the time of a crash, so we can fix it.
• Diagnostics — device model, operating system version, app version and language, and basic performance data.
• App interactions — a small number of anonymous in-app events, limited to the rating and feedback flow.
• Device and other identifiers — the Android Advertising ID, Firebase's pseudonymous app instance ID, and other identifiers used by Google AdMob and its advertising technology partners to provide, measure, limit, and protect advertising.
• Approximate location — a city-level estimate that Google Analytics derives from your IP address. We never collect precise or GPS location.
• Feedback you submit — the message you type in the in-app feedback form, plus the optional contact detail (such as an email address) you may choose to add. This is only sent when you tap Submit.
• Purchase state — if you subscribe, Google Play handles the payment; the app only stores your subscription status on your device. We never see your payment method or card details.
• Advertising and related data — Google AdMob and its advertising technology partners may process online identifiers, device and network information, IP-address-derived approximate location, ad requests, ad interactions, and local storage. This is used to deliver ads, limit their frequency, measure performance, prevent fraud, and, where permitted by law and your choices, personalize ads.

2. Local Storage

Audio files you import and separation results are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. You can delete them at any time in the app, via Settings → Clear cache, or by uninstalling the app.

3. Permissions

The app requests notification permission to display separation progress, and internet access to process subscriptions, send crash and diagnostic reports, and request ads. No storage or media permissions are required — files are selected through the system picker.

4. Third-Party Services

VoxSplit uses Google Play Billing for optional Pro subscriptions; Google Firebase — Crashlytics (crash and diagnostic reports, plus the feedback you submit) and Analytics (in-app events); and Google AdMob to display ads. Google AdMob and the advertising technology partners selected in the consent message may receive and process the advertising data listed in section 1 under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your data.

5. Advertising and Privacy Choices

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent message when required. It explains the advertising and analytics purposes, vendors, and choices available to you. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before using personal data or local storage for those purposes.

You can review, change, or withdraw applicable advertising consent at any time in the app through Settings → Privacy options. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal; it may change the types of ads that can be shown. Privacy options are shown only where they apply.

6. Data Security

All data described in section 1 is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We operate no server of our own — the data goes only to the Google services named above, where it is stored under Google's security controls. Your audio files, separation results and subscription status stay in the app's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• Crash and diagnostic reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for approximately 90 days and then deleted automatically.
• Analytics event data is retained for the period configured in our Firebase console, after which Google deletes it automatically.
• Feedback you submit is kept only as long as needed to review and respond to it.
• Advertising data is retained by Google AdMob and its partners according to their applicable policies and your consent choices.
• Data on your device — audio files, results and settings — is deleted when you remove the item in the app, use Settings → Clear cache, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all of it.
• To request deletion of diagnostic data or feedback already sent, email xianbenna001@gmail.com. We will action the request within 30 days. Because the data is pseudonymous, please send the request from the address you used, or include the approximate date and content of your feedback, so we can locate it.

8. Children's Privacy

VoxSplit is intended only for users aged 18 or older and does not participate in Google Play's Families program. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the effective date below will be updated.
