These terms govern your use of the VoxSplit Android app, published as VoxSplit Audio and operated by independent developer SuperVolume001. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
VoxSplit separates vocals and accompaniment from audio you provide, and offers related audio tools (clipping, format conversion, extracting audio from video). All processing runs locally on your device.
You keep all rights to the audio and video files you import; we never receive them. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use, and for how you use the results. Do not use VoxSplit to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. You may not resell, rent, or sublicence the app, nor decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to extract its source code or bundled models, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law or permitted by the licences of the app's open-source components.
Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per Google account and its length is shown in the app before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown, and renews as described above. Cancel any time during the trial in Google Play → Subscriptions to avoid being charged.
Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. You may also have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights under your local consumer law, which these terms do not affect. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we will help where we can.
Separation quality depends on the source material, and results are produced by a machine-learning model — we cannot guarantee any particular quality or outcome. The app is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data; always keep your own copies of important files. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
VoxSplit includes third-party open-source software (including FFmpeg and TensorFlow Lite). Those components remain under their own licences, which prevail over these terms for the components concerned. The list is available in the app under About.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
